Get up earlier to play the exercise video, go for a brisk walk or reap the benefits of a public swimming pool when it is less busy. You won't work out as well at the end of the day when you are tired working.
After exercise, relax the muscles and restore energy by adding a handful or two coarse Epsom salts to your hot bath water. Then, a few drops of concentrated lavender oil added with the Epsom salts will give you a heavenly aroma.

It is a good idea to use the exercise bicycle in front of the TV while the news or a documentary is showing. But check your TV guide to avoid exercising while food programs are on!
Cut out a magazine picture of someone you'd like to look like and stick it on the fridge door - it may even be a photo of yourself way back when you were still fit and trim!
