The top 5 reasons to use Picasa for all your photo needs is because it organizes and edits and allows you to share your photos by email, print or online all for free.
One of the top 5 reasons to use Picasa is because it is a free photo editing software from Google that allows you to replace all those different programs that you have purchased or come with your printer and digital camera so you just have one program to learn and keep up with.
Another top reason for using Picasa is that it finds and organizes all the photos on your computer hard drive. The first time you install and open the program it searches and organizes your photos in one spot so you can view them. Each time you add new photos from your digital camera; the photos are automatically located and added to Picasa.
Picasa has a simple photo-editing program that lets you rotate, adjust color, contrast, and crop, straighten and add text to your photos as well as many more options.
Picasa is easy to use to share your photos with friends, clients and family in print, emails or online. If you use Gmail, you can set up a free 1-Gigabyte storage area online to upload and share your photos. Access can be limited to specific individuals or anyone. Features also allow attaching photos to emails right in Picasa if you use popular email services like Gmail, Hotmail and others. Sharing your photos with Picasa is as easy as pressing a button.
Picasa is easy to resize your photo files size by using an exporting feature. It is also easy to resize your photos using the Crop editing feature.
Picasa Works on both PC and Mac computers. Your digital camera has a program like this and often your printer has a program like this and each is different. Eliminate them and just use one program.
Picasa is easy to use no matter what operating system or computer you use and it allows free download updates as new features are added or improved by Google. When you get a new computer and go from Windows XP to Windows 7, you do not have to relearn Picasa.
Picasa is the one thing that stays constant. There are too many features to list or discuss here so check out Picasa and see why you cannot live without it.

Sounds like a great resource. I may check it out.
I just started using Picasa. I've spent very little time with it and hope to get into it in more depth.
I thought I saw the opportunity to add a watermark to your on-line photos as well. Not sure where in Picasa I was that hectic day.
Any suggestions where that watermark option may be?
Please and thanks.
