You have broken up. Your heart ached for a long time. Here are the top 5 signs you know you are over your Ex and you feel comfortable reading them aloud. (Substitute him or her as needed)

I Do Not Feel Homicidal When I Think About My Ex

Signs that I am over my Ex - it is easier to go thru the day without thinking about (him/her) and it does not bother me when I hear (he/she) started dating someone else.

I Do Not Feel an Urgent Need to Return Their Emails, Texts or Phone Calls

Signs I am over my Ex - I am in no hurry to pickup or get back to (him/her) when I get occasional emails, texts or phone calls from my Ex. When I try to remember (his/her) phone number, I cannot remember it.

I Consider My Relationship a Learning Experience

I think of the things I could have, or should have done that might have changed the outcome. Then I decide what I learned and realize that the relationship was not meant to be. I am over my Ex and I am already interested in someone else.

I No Longer Blame My Ex For Everything

I have realized my part in the relationship and have stopped blaming my Ex for everything. I have realized that many of (his/her) personality "quirks" were really annoying or lame.

I Think of Myself As a Single Person

I feel single. I do not feel like someone who has just gotten out of a relationship. When I meet a new person, I have stopped automatically comparing them to my Ex.

While it takes each of us a different amount of time to recover after a break up. You will know that you have moved on when you stop thinking about your Ex and throw this list away.
