It's much harder to let your weight slip if you weigh yourself every day. I, however, have a hard time with this. I know it's silly but seeing a higher number on that scale can screw up my whole day.
I think I have a phobia for weighing myself. This information is important, though, if a person is serious about controlling their weight and BMI.
