Introduction:If you are not getting any sort of regular exercise daily, then hopefully, at least you know that you should be. Exercise is extremely important in everyone's lives.
We are often too busy, though, and just cannot find and/or make the time to exercise. Here are some simple ways to get that much needed daily exercise in.
Get up a little bit earlier. Chances are that if you don't get any exercise in early in the day, you won't be able to find the time to do it later either. Set your alarm if you need to.
Getting some exercise in when you are first starting your day will help you to feel better all day long. You will be proud of this accomplished task, and you will also find that this will give you more energy and motivation which will leave you wanting to get more exercise in later.
If you watch a lot of TV, exercise while you are watching your shows. Make a commitment to yourself that you will exercise a certain number of minutes for each 1/2 hour of television that you watch.
Get up during commercials, and do something. Anything will work. Stretches, lunges, kicks, punches, squats, twists, etc. The list is endless. Even just walk in place if that is easier. Walking in place is easy enough to do, and it will raise your metabolism which will help you to lose weight.
Come on, now. Park a little further away. It won't hurt. Save them closer spots for people who really need them. Depending on your level of activity, this could be all the exercise that you get for the day. Make it count.
Just get up, and get moving. Anytime during the day. Walk to the fridge for no reason. Don't bother opening it, though. Take a walk up and down the stairs in your home, or even venture out of your house and take a quick walk if the weather is nice enough.
The more exercise that you do, the more you will want to do. Always remember that exercise is really great for you, your health, your heart, etc. The benefits are astounding.
When your day is coming to an end, don't just get your pajamas on, and go to bed. Try to squeeze in a few late night stretches.
Don't try to be doing anything too vigorous right before bed, but some nice stretches can actually help you to sleep better, and wake up more refreshed.
Once you start finding and/or making the time to exercise regularly, you should even be able to easily start losing weight.
Always consult with your doctor before starting any new exercise routine.

Very good tips. I like to learn new hip hop dances off You Tube and that gives me 15 or 20 minutes of a good workout. :)
Completely wonderful ideas to get up and make time for exercise. These tips are easy to do to lose weight just by making time and thinking a little.
