When you have a fear of heights, it is important to review the work you will be doing before taking the employment. You would not do well to accept a pole climber for the telephone company or the local utility service either. Your fear of heights suggests you remain on the ground for your mental safety.
Swimmers often get jobs in water while non swimmers are wise not to take the jobs that include going in water. Aquariums often hire divers to go into the large tanks to clean them, so this is one job a non swimmer should not do. Inquire before you are employed to find out what the aquarium expects you to do.
If you are not very well coordinated don't take a job that requires keen dexterity. Examine the requirements of the job description to fully understand what will be part of your job. Nervous or people who shake should not take a job that requires a steady hand at all times.
If you are hyper sensitive to the care of animals the local shelter might not be a good place to look for work. Trying it out for a day might prove to yourself that position around animals actually makes you sad enough that you should not look to be employed in humane societies.
If you have a difficult time getting along with assorted kinds of people from many different backgrounds and cultures you might be best to think of what kind of job you will be working for a very long time.There are many career and employment opportunities that dealing with people is not a focus. Do not work with people if you cannot get along with many races, ethic groups and religions.
