When my second daughter was born, she had asthmatic bronchitis. This is life threatening when a child is not even 2 years old. My second daughter was a fighter and kept taking her medicine, doing all she was supposed to be doing and remained on bed rest and in an oxygen/ humidified tent. For almost all of the weeks she was sick she kept trying to be well. She did very little crying and everything I had to do for her at home she complied with and cooperated so well. I admire my second daughter's ability to overcome that severe time in her life. She grew up and played first chair trumpet in high school band.
My second daughter took school very seriously and used that learning time for the purpose and kept a 3 point grade in all subjects. My second daughter was not a book worm only. She was in 4H, skied, was in band and had good friends that she took good care of too. Even though some funds were supplied by her parents, my second daughter took work to supplement her college years. I admire my second daughter for learning so much, retaining it and then putting it to good use for her future. I have many awards my second daughter achieved while she was learning.
Selecting a predominantly male career, my second daughter excelled in all facets at work. Even when she saw adversity, my second daughter found a way to personally keep her head on straight and still stand strong and come out a winner. I admire her fortitude and way she handled years of working with others. Because she kept her private life separate from work, I admire that quality. I too did that during my 44 years of working and that is difficult to do. That is why I know her ethics are to be admired. Professionalism and sincere human caring for others was kept at all times.
This second daughter actually saved my life 2 years ago. I fell and lost my favorite cat of 17 years. My second daughter heard my news and within hours, she was at my home. She liked my Oliver too, and she loves me dearly, so it was hard seeing me heart sick as I was and injured as well. She made meals, gave me massages, kept my mind occupied, made provisions for safety devices to be at my disposal, did shopping, painted my entire outside of my home and two sheds. She looked after my other cat and fed the stray cats too. I admire and appreciate all she sacrificed for me and my return to better health.
My second daughter cooks gourmet meals and enjoys sharing her culinary skills with guests and me. Canning, juicing, herb gardening, fishing and crabbing all are done with excellent abilities by my second daughter. I admire her intellect in each and everything she does. She spends so much time doing just about anything around my home that needs to be done. She fixes outlets that have to be monitored for specific reasons. Replaced the front door lock for my safety, put in a new storm door, made my entrance safe and non slippery anymore at my residence. My second daughter redid my bathroom vanity almost as soon as I moved in, replaced windows, trims bushes, washes my motor home, replaced both faucets in the motor home, fixed a leak in the motor home and countless other large projects and they were all done with admiration from me.
