Amazingly good news that is wide spread and documented. Dark Chocolate can lower your cholesterol by ten percent. Eat a small bar every day and enjoy the decadence!
Endorphins give you a feeling of overall pleasure. It also contains serotonin which will keep you from depression. When you feel good you will keep active and keeping active is the key to good health.
So although the chocolate is good for you, you must limit your chocolate to about 200 calories per day. You can eliminate other fats to compensate. No butter on toast, just jam, etc.
America is waking up to the fact that sweeteners are not the Free Pass we originally thought. Aspartame is particularly dangerous so this must be completely eliminated. All artificial sweeteners are suspect and should be limited.
