Tragedies from life can hurt the human spirit for the rest of time if great consideration isn't given to the spirit of the suffering person. The spirit is our fuel of passion. It needs to be fueled daily with tenderness and compassionate care. Be kind to yourself and try to smile at others each day. This will keep your spirit ready for the healing touch of our creator's love. Then, anger will stay where it should. Away!
