Aspartame is not good for you, that is for sure. I have used it way too much and I am trying to cut back, even with gum chewing.
Thanks for this.Fortunately I am aware of this. I used to drink diet soft drinks and had many problems. Until I also did some research after which I stopped using diet soft drinks. My health increased drastically.
