Some people don't actually go to bed when they are tired and then the desire for sleeping is postponed and sometimes even completely lost. If you are tired, yield to that tip and give into sleeping. If you don't sleep well, find out the reasons for your sleeplessness and go to the root of the problem instead of putting sleep aids in your body. taking sleeping pills is not a remedy, but a bandaid to sleeplessness.
