Introduction:This recipe is a good recipe for making Jumbo shrimp on the grill. I think that you will enjoy it.
1 cup of Chardonnay wine, 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, 1/4 cup finely chopped green olives (green part included), 1/4 cup finely chopped Italian parsley, 1 teaspoon of dried Tarragon leaves, 1 tablespoon crushed garlic, 1 tablespoon garlic pepper blend, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 2 pounds of fresh jumbo shrimp (8-12 count, peeled and deveined).
In large resealable plastic zipper food storage bag, combine the wine, olive oil, green onions, parsley, tarragon, crushed garlic, garlic pepper blend, and the salt.
Shake the plastic zipper bag with the ingredients and mix to blend well. Be careful not to shake too hard so that the ingredients fall out.
Add the jumbo shrimp and then seal the bag. Shake well again being careful not to spill anything. Carefully shake the bag to make sure that the jumbo shrimp is coated evenly. Marinate the filled bag in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
Remove the jumbo shrimp and discard the used marinade. Place the shrimp on a well oiled grill and grill for 1-1 1/2 minutes or until the jumbo shrimp is pink and cooked through.
This recipe is easy and very delicious. I hope that you enjoy this grilled jumbo shrimp.
