You will need fresh large strawberries. They always look prettier when they are larger strawberries. You will also need Ambrosia Real Milk Chocolate. You will also need a sheet of wax paper to let them cool on until they are set.
Get a small sauce pan and melt the chocolate on a low setting on the stove. Be sure to stir the chocolate often so that the chocolate won't stick to the pan or burn. Heat the Ambrosia Real Milk Chocolate until it is completed melted and then turn the burner off.
Wash the strawberries under cold water thoroughly. Be sure to only use strawberries that aren't bruise or mushy. You may use smaller strawberries if you would like but the larger strawberries look nicer for a gift. The fresher the strawberries, the better they will taste.
Carefully dip the strawberries in the melted chocolate. Hold on to the stem of the strawberry while you are dipping it so that you don't get any fingerprints on the dipped strawberry. Place the dipped strawberries on a sheet of wax paper to cool and harden completely.
Package or box up the cooled and hardened chocolate covered strawberries.
