Mosquitoes are the most annoying insects on the planet - they bite and hover around you, and kill any activities that you are trying to enjoy outside.
Here are some tips to help get rid of mosquitoes.
Make sure to remove any stagnant water that can be around your house, such as a bird bath, planters, old tires.
Plant some mosquito-repelling plants such as lemon balm, lemongrass, cedar and marigolds.
Use bug spray, such as Skin so Soft insect repellant, musk oil, or other products such as OFF! products for your body.
You can also put fabric sheets in the pockets of your clothing to help repel bugs.
You can install a few bat houses around your yard. Bats eat insects.
Keep your grass cut. Cut any brushes around your house.
You can try a mosquito magnet, which I'm not familiar with but do research on products such as these out there to get the most for your dollar.
You can rub VICKS menthol rub on your skin and clothing to repel bugs. You can also use oils such as castor oil, cinnamon oil, citronella oil and oil of lemon eucalyptus.
You can also use Skin Armour Deep Woods Outdoor soap.
You can burn citronella candles or torches.
Don't wear perfumes when going outdoors, it will attract the mosquitoes. Don't wear dark, heavy clothing - avoid blue, black and red colored clothing.

I used Lemon And Cloves Wasp Repellent. It's works but not for all types of mosquitoes, and not for a long time. As for me, it's much better to use Mosquito Zappers
