I can tell you for a fact this can happen due to the fact I still do this, especially when I try to take a nap. I will try to take a nap but as soon as I start to dose I feel like I must be afraid of something. my breathing feels shaking, and finally give up trying to fall asleep
I have been through a rough time lately, and when I talk to a family member I feel like I am taking more pleasant times away from being together, but I have no choice at the time. Things are looking a little better at this time.

There are people in your life that count on you, but some count on you with heart and soul. You need you to fight for them. Love can help the healing process when someone that has panick issues. My panic sitation was situational. I had to make some life altering changes, but now I feel better now after going through the grieving process.
You only have one life to live so live it with pure excitement. Get creative. A friend of mine loves to make crafts. It keeps her in the peaceful state she always resides in. I am going to start doing arts and crafts, and maybe she will help me get started. Shelly I need your help!
