Acupressure has been known for help our ailing bodies. I bought a book at Barnes and Noble on how to do acupressure on yourself. Ask your healthcare physician or Chiropractor about how to do this. I read if you do this you should drink lots of water that day.

Sleep helps me. Although it is extremely difficult to even be able to sleep, hopefully husband is home to watch the kids at the time, let alone actually fall asleep while in such pain. But if I can actually fall asleep for at least 20 minutes then the worst part is over.
