Introduction:Getting your child ready for school can be a challenge for some children, however, it may be beneficial to your child if he/she is able to develop good personal hygiene while getting ready for school.
By getting your child up at least 2 hours before school starts, you are allowing enough time for him/her to do all the essential things that is expected in order to start the day out smooth. Also, be sure to give your child enough time to wake up. This gives him/her a few minutes to relax before a long day of school.
It is important for your child to put on clean underwear, pants, a shirt, and close toed shoes before he/she goes to school. Don't send your child to school with flip flops, extremely short shorts, and a sleeveless shirt. You don't want him/her to be sent home from school for indescent exposure, do you?
Use your child's brush to brush out all the tangles in his/her hair. If your child has short hair, getting all the tangles out of his/her hair will be easy. However, If your child has long hair, be sure to use a conditioner spray and put your child's hair in a nice ponytail.
Before your child goes to school, it is important to eat a good meal. In a good meal, be sure to include some protein in your child's diet. Protein is an essential part all living organisms and is very good for your child's structural components of body tissues such as muscle, hair and antibodies.
Be sure to have your child brush his/her teeth before school. It is important to use your child's tooth brush to scrub his/her teeth thoroughly. This will kill all the germs and bacteria, and also get all the left over food out of his/her mouth. By brushing your child's teeth, he/she will have white teeth and will less likely develop cavities from not taking care of his/her teeth.
