We love some of the great craft projects we've found on the web that use everyday items you most likely have around the house. Check out some of our favorite recycled and eco-friendly craft websites for your own craft inspiration.
Craftbits.com has a great section for projects made from recycled materials like jars and cans. Many of their craft ideas are suitable for family craft projects like the "Best Friends Puzzle Necklace."
Make-stuff.com is dedicated to craft projects for all ages using ordinary household items like egg and milk cartons, newspaper, baby food jars and more. There's more than 25 different project instructions for crafts using ordinary household "stuff."
All Free Crafts is a great site for finding frugal and recycled craft projects that won't break the bank when collecting supplies. We especially like the paper mache fish and recycled denim diary cover.
KinderArt's recycling crafts for kids section is great for classrooms and home schooling projects. Check out the Waste Not snowman that reminds us all how easy it is to create art from things we would normally throw away.
Kaboose.com has a great section for teen and Tween craft projects - many of them using recycled materials. Check out the vacation map picture frame and the funky CD clock projects.
