Prepare chocolate or chocolate fudge pudding according to directions and then fold in 1 small container of whipped topping (i.e., Cool Whip). Crush Thin Mint cookies and mix half of the crushed cookies into the pudding. Put cookie crumbs into the bottom of each serving cup, add the pudding, and top with more crushed cookies. Refrigerate pudding until set (about 15 minutes). Decorate with gummy critters.
Break Samoa cookies (also called Caramel Delites) into medium to small pieces. Mix the pieces into your favorite softened vanilla ice cream. Ice cream may be refrozen, if a firmer consistency is desired.
Allow a good quality vanilla or chocolate ice cream to soften slightly. Spoon ice cream onto the chocolate side of one Thanks-A-Lot cookie and then top, chocolate side down, with a second cookie, creating a sandwich. Stack cookie sandwiches and wrap in foil or plastic wrap. Freeze until firm.
Crush enough Lemonade (or Lemon Chalet) cookies to fill a 1 cup measure. Mix cookie crumbs with 8 tablespoons melted butter. Press into a pie dish to make the crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes and then cool. Prepare lemon pudding according to directions and pour into cooled pie crust. Top with whipped topping (i.e., Cool Whip).
Pour an ice cold glass of milk and arrange your favorite Girl Scout cookies on a pretty plate. Find a quiet spot and relax and savor your cookies and milk. Dunk, if you wish.
