The Strong Museum of Play is a child's paradise. Tons of hands on exhibits, like the every popular like-real grocery store where kids can play cashier, or shopper. They have a huge collection of toys from every era and induct a few toys into their "National Toy Hall of Fame" each year. 2009 saw the "Big Wheel" and "Game Boy" receiving the honors.

A fabulous real-life visit to the 1800's. Homes on the museum grounds are populated with cobblers, smiths and bakers making bread or hammering nails on their anvil. A few chosen families can have a taste of pioneer life by living on the premises for a weekend, working in the garden, chopping wood and cooking over an open fire, just like real families in of old.
