It's always a good idea to let out some steam. One of the greatest ways to accomplish this is to exercise. Not only will your stress level drop some, you will be doing something healthy for you body.

Sometimes a different location can help get your thoughts straight. Have you ever been snowed in your house and couldn't go anywhere? Then the moment you get a chance to get out, you go right? It's kinda like that.
Whether its a board game, video game even hitting the basketball courts, playing a game helps take your mind off of reality temporarily. Now, don't play something that you are overly competitive or relates to your stress (like Monopoly or Life) as this will add to your stress. However, most games will do.
Music has been found to create emotions in everyone. Find an inspiring or motivational song to lift your spirits. Even some classical music such as Mozart and Beethoven can help calm some nerves.
