Job Boss Is a Bully

It is for certain that some jobs have bosses that are bullies. These people do not understand you when you confide that someone is continually tearing you down, making your work projects impossible to finish, sabotages anything they can that is your duty to complete and countless other facts.The bully boss probably is in a tight relationship with the bully which makes the entire mess, just that; a really big bad mess.Going to the supervisor above your boss with such trivial shenanigans might prove to label you something you are not. The choices of changing the bully low life, the bully boss and who ever else is on the parade of these actions are quite dismal. Think about leaving that department or leaving the workplace entirely for your health.

Bullies Are In a Huge Number

Just because bullying is widely talked about does not mean a whole lot of progress has been learned to deal productively and successfully with bullies. There are nearly 50% of people who say they have personally been interacting with a bully in their life.The continual if not constant bully jabs these strange people do and say affect people around them in emotional, physical and social ways. This does not stop when a person is around the bully unless that interaction is severed completely to permit healing and an individual can once again feel safe and secure without fear of the bully's presence.

Workplaces Affected of Bullies

Of course the workplace will be hugely affected by the bully. The bully works and so do millions of Americans. Oddly enough more Americans are grossly affected by bullies in comparison to foreign countries. This might only be that Americans keep tally of such monsters known a bullies.Some bullies are sneaky while others outright display the bully traits as if those are badges of honor. It is the group or gang mentality that allows the bully the limelight.When the spotlight is removed from the bully, the bullying in the work place will decrease. It is up to the boss to be aware and hopefully the boss is not the bully or in cahoots with the bully either.

Bully Hidden Characteristics

Really not very well hidden, these bully characteristics leak out and permeate the best of everything they touch.There might be some form of survey that a bully takes to find where the control is to be placed.If the bully can find the niche at the work place; emphasis will sometimes subtly be openly mentioned while the foot jars a great big hole for that bulling work to grow.There is a compulsiveness an obsessive tactic that seems endless with the bully. Where ever there is trouble the bully will be at the core, but not always discovered until lots of damage has been done by the bully's activities.

Bully Traits Not So Obvious

People in any walk of life who think their life is a bit strange might do well to examine the not so obvious bullying that is so vital to know. One could easily think a person has a bad day, a tough week or severe life that allows them to act as they are. Bully attitude does not skip a beat. It does not rest, it continues to hurt right into the entire life of someone around them and digs deep too. Just because I tell you my personal problems and they seem terrible in comparison to yours, does not mean I can treat you like a piece of trash because of what has happened in my life.Be alert and don't let words or deeds change your core values.You just might be dealing with a bully and need to put the lights on your life to make sure you survive.
