Orlando, Florida's Walt Disney World offers a vacation package for groups of eight or more, called Grand Gatherings. With so much to do, it is a favorite place for all to go.
Once you pay for your cruise, you don't need money for much else. You don't have to worry about who is going to pay for meals, etc. There is plenty to do on and off the ship.
Pick a place that is in the middle of where everyone will be coming from. Many camping facilities offer cabins for large groups and everyone else can stay in their RV.
Like cruises there is plenty to do at a resort. You can meet at the pool side and catch up while the kids swim and if you get tired, you can take a nap in your room and the rest of your family can visit. Many resorts offer packages, but check to see if they are all inclusive, which means your meals and other accommodations are included in the price.
Many YMCA's offer facilities for family reunions. You can enjoy wildlife and outdoor fun and stay in cabins or hotel lodgings. They also can help you plan your reunion.
Great list! I want to do them all. :)
We have our family reunion at a lakeside resort. We have been having it for five years. Distant cousins now know each other and have a great time. Good list!
