Long Beach, California, in Los Angeles county, records an average winter daytime temperature of 57.5 degrees Fahrenheit. The Pacific Ocean keeps the air temperate for most of the year.
Phoenix, Arizona records an average daily temperature of 57 degrees Fahrenheit for the winter months of December, January and February. It's no wonder the Snow Birds leave the cold climates and go to sunny Arizona.
Another favorite city for Snow Birds makes the list of the towns with the warmest winter weather. Mesa, Arizona takes the fifth slot with 55 degrees Fahrenheit for an average winter day.
Hawai'i takes the top slot on the list of warm weather winter climates every year. Winter highs in the Aloha State average 78 degrees with lows of 62 degrees.

Sometimes I feel that I must have been nuts to go through the weather extremes here in Chi-town since birth, I really do. But it's my home and when the weather is good, it's amazing. Thanks for the great list for which I wish to visit.
I like cold weather just fine but get me down to Key West any day for warm winter weather. My folks lived in Phoenix AZ for 17 years and, man, that place DOES get warm. Good list, Izzy
