I am sharing the hot things with you from family members and the other information is from my whole family and it works for us who will do it.
It's been said to add hot peppers or organic salsoa to all of your food. Hot peppers raise your body temperature. This increases metabolism and make you burn body fat and burn calories quicker. It apparently also reduces appetite.I know many people who this works for but personally I don't understand how anyone can handle the burning in the mouth.
Taking a tablespoon of raw organic apple cider vinegar before each meal. If you can't get it in the raw then you can go to your health food store or get on the internet and get apple cider vinegar in tablets or capsules. Then you take before each meal. This will increase the fat burning in your body and allow you to start burning stored fat.
Taking a teaspoon of organic virgin coconut oil with each meal, just before beginning to eat. helps your food go through the digestive syster quicker and stops the food from turning into fat and it stimulates the thyroid making your metabolism burn stored fat also works while you sleep. I cook in Virgin Olive Oil only.
Drinking at least 4 cups of these teas through out each day. Apparently you should use pure water. I use distilled water only, which I boil tap water and then let it cool down. Personally I don't trust what is called pure water bought from stores. This tea reduces appetite and also is said to increase our metabolism and energy. All that I do keeps me health, thin, and I eat to live not live to eat. I don't eat just to eat.
I love eating vegetables and fruites. I also put them in my "Bullet" blender and make shakes and juices. Carrot juice is very sweet. I add soy milk with the juices. I had to turn the veggies into shakes and juices for my children when they were growing up cause they would sneak the veggies to our dog and cat until I learned to make them shakes with veggies they would not eat. We still to this day make shakes out of the veggies we hate the taste of. It's fun to drink shakes.
I pray for all who step out in faith to try new things to help themselves stay healthy and those who want to lose weight the healthy ways with out all those crazy diet pills that never work but only drain you of your money. Eat healthy and exercise like house cleaning will take care of you. Just start off slow and check with your doctors before doing exercises if you haven't done any for a while. Don't want to see anyone hurt themselves. My mom says she has bought book from Kevin Trudeau and she is finding loads of information that helps her it may help you too. GBU.
