If you want to make money online, it is important to (at least) check out the following websites. Each website has its own reasons for being a part of this list, but all of the reasons are important. So without further delay, I give you the top five websites to join when making money online.

Google

Having a Google account is VITAL if you are going to be making money online. Why? Well, with Google you can have e-mail (at gmail), blogs (at Blogger), Adsense, Google Affiliate Network opportunities, Google analytics, Youtube, Google Buzz, Adwords, Google translate, and so much more! Plus, it is all easily accessed from one user dashboard! Wow!

Paypal

If you want to get paid for your online work, whether it's for writing, products sold, ads clicked on, etc. etc., then you really should have a Paypal account. Some websites even pay exclusively through Paypal, so if you didn't have it, you wouldn't get paid for your work. It's easy to get signed up and easy to use. Check it out.

Twitter

Twitter is a social networking site. It is also a self-promotion website. With Twitter, you can gain followers, readers, customers, and even... friends! You can also make money just on Twitter. What!?! Yes my friends, you can make money online simply by tweeting. (See website #4)

Sponsored Tweets

If you want to make some extra money online then consider signing up with Sponsored Tweets! With Sponsored Tweets, you pick your ads, you pick how much you want to charge to tweet them, and you even write the ads to suit you and the advertisers. It's so easy, creatively stimulating, and can pay really well. If you want to sign up, just use the link in the "Supporting Links" section below.

List My Five

No matter what you do for money online, there are top five lists that could go along with it! Why not use List My Five (and other residual writing sites too!) to make money and promote your "main work" at the same time. For example, if you run a t-shirt printing shop, you could write "The Top Five T-Shirt Sayings of 2010," on LM5, post it up on Twitter, get people interested, and in the end, attract more business (and show customers what an expert you are as well.)

    Good luck to you! I really have enjoyed Sponsored Tweets so far. I love seeing money coming in every day, and I like that I get to pick what I advertise. If I don't trust the company or the products don't mesh w/ my niche market, I leave them alone! But there are not a lot that I have had to turn down, which shows the quality of the site I suppose.
