Every year almost everyone make a resolution. Something they want to change about themselves or something in their life. Most of them fail or never get beyond wishing to make a change.
Well if you really want to make a change this year, you can.
You can be successful at any you want to do.
Be real. Saying your going to go to the gym everyday is not real. Most people don't have that much time to go everyday.
You may not be able to be a perfect size 10 but you can work to be healthier.
Don't just say you are going to do something. Set goals to make your resolution a reality.
Get a day planner and make some goals.
Find some friends with the same goal. A group of friends with the same goal will be a nice help to keep everyone on track. Check in with each other and encourage each other keep trying for the goal.
Have rewards for meeting each goal. If you are one of the people working on being healthier, a nice reward could be new clothes or something to make your goal even easier to reach.
Don't claim to change everything in your life and become completely healthy. It is not really going to happen. Instead make smaller resolutions that can really happen and you really want.
There is no failure unless you give up. If you are one of the lucky one that keep their New Years Resolution, you should be proud of yourself.
