We love fresh fruit around our house, the kids and I do enjoy different types of fruits because they are so delicious and refreshing. I like that the kids eat them regularly since I know the different fruits have their own special vitamins and other good stuff that are good for my kids.
The banana is one of the most healthiest choices of fruit you can choose to eat and serve to your children. They offer you loads of benefits when it comes to getting the potassium you need on a regular basis.
The orange is another family favorite fruit around here. They are full of all sorts of fun sunshiny vitamins. They taste great when you get a real good one and you can use them in fruit salads, which are another family favorite around here.
The apple is a great fruit for snacking or to include in various recipes. Whether it is eating a whole apple, some in a fruit salad or as applesauce. We love apples at our house.
The grape or a bunch or grapes cannot be beat when you want something refreshing and good for you. Snacking on grapes is very popular around here. We also include them in our fruit salad recipes.
Although, we may not include this particular fruit in our fruit salad, it may be pretty good. We love eating plums around here. It is another of our favorites. Some of us even enjoy the taste of plums after they are turned into prunes. They still taste great.
