If you are not familiar with Castle Domain Law, these facts will be only a beginning. The rest is up to you to research about your state and pay attention to the world around you.This is an important list of facts.

Make My Day Law

This Make My Day Law was named after Clint Eastwood's movie in 1983. If you want to review some of the actions in the film leading up to that collection of words, you will see a similarity in this Make My Day Law. Castle Domain Law is labeled as one in the same with Make My Day Law.

States

Not all states have the Castle Domain Law in effect. Some states such as Oklahoma now extend the Castle Domain Law to businesses as well.Businesses have recently been added to Oklahoma since they were not originally included at first.When a 911 call is placed, the caller can almost know they will not be assisted by police responding in time to stop the situation from happening.This emergency call does protect the caller by documenting the situation and in effect presents evidence as to the events occurring during this episode since all 911 calls are recorded.It is not that the emergency will not be addressed as soon as possible, but thugs don't stick around for police to show up.

Defense

Defense of a life or home is reason to use force, sometimes even lethal force if necessary.Most often times people will leave their home if a burglar is entering another door and the residents are aware of a break in to their home.In defense of a life, it should be mentioned that the intruder most often needs to be in the house to exercise deadly force to that person.

Alternative

There are some states that have an alternative that must be used before the deadly force is executed. One western coastal state recommends the home owner first attempt to flee the dangerous situation instead of defending themselves with any deadly weapon.Get to know if your state has a Castle Domain Law or not.Investigate what actually protects you against intruders and how you can legally protect your property and the lives of youself and your family.

Constitution

The United States Constitution provides everyone the right to bear arms in the second amendment. There are reasons why some people cannot own a weapon under the Constitution.In the last three decades the Constitution has been chipped away and many corrupt activities might convince people they no longer have their liberties anymore. This might be a good time to look up the Constitution online and read your rights your fore fathers left as a legacy for you.
