Introduction:

Truth in governing bodies through all the money problems are suggested reading for you right here. Congress Has Jobs

Congressmen and Congresswomen are the voices of the people of their state and jurisdiction.People of each of the 50 states place votes for their Congress that ultimately send them to Washington DC. to govern all things from the people they represent. Congressmen and Congresswomen control spending by voting yea or nay in the congressional chambers.These are the representatives you have put in office and can take them out when voting time is up for them. Don't linger with one who is not doing as you wish they would for you and the voice you wish they would resonate while they are in office. Vote, yet first you must be registered.

Nancy Pelosi As Speaker of the House

During the beginning of the year 2009 through the end of her term as Speaker Of The House, Nancy Pelosi by passed Bush by continuing resolutions to keep government running. Look at the public records uncovered by your own research. The idea behind that starting was to keep things as usual until Obama took office after his election in November 2008.

Harry Reid Governs

In the onset of 2009 through the date that Obama took office Harry Reid stood with Nancy Pelosi to keep passing massive omnibus spending which finally completed the 2009 budget. Obama was a member of the congress at this time, which negates Obama's complaints that he inherited all the Bush problems. Obama was in fact a part of the governing body that passed these massive spending bills. Furthermore Obama signed the omnibus bill when he became president.

Budget Process Is Governed

The Democratic Party from the year Obama was elected in 2008 to 2011 controlled the budget process. In fact from 2007 Congress was Democratically controlled which over ruled Bush's directives.Even with a desire to somewhat get tough on spending,Democrats over ruled Bush since they were in control.January 3,2007 was the day the Democrats took over.

Inherited Job

Obama claims he inherited all his budgetary deficiencies from the former president Bush. The fact remains the Democratic house was the majority and Obama was a voter in those processes when money problems were escalating.Some of the Barney Frank tactics added to the Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae unraveling. Look back to see that it was before January 2007 when was the last time the Republicans got to hold the purse strings. Just so you can check records Chris Dodd took over the Senate Banking Committee while Barney Frank was House Financial Services Committee person in charge. Decide if all the budgetary money problems were all Bush's fault when you have completely researched.
