Zumba is amazing dance class offered at most work out facilities.
The number 1 reason to do Zumba is because it is an amazing workout! It is nonstop moving, jumping, and shaking your hips! You can go home and feel rejuvenated and fresh!
Since most of us aren't super amazing dancers Zumba is a great way to laugh at yourself. Watch yourself shaking your hips in the mirror and crack up :)
Because of all your laughing, exercise, and overall happiness of motion you will feel an instaneous mood lift. After every Zumba class I go home with a smile on my face!
For those of you looking for a fun, bonding activity, do Zumba! You can easily chat with those around you and because your in a good mood it will make be social easy and fun :)
I was always one of those people who didn't like to dance in a crowd but after doing Zumba I feel a lot more confident and even though I'm still a bad dancer :) I can now laugh at myself!
