There are lots of drinks you can use. You can drink ginger ale. A lot of people swear by any clear color soda that has gone a little flat.
Almost any tea can be utilized. Green tea, herb tea, chamomile tea. All of these have properties that will calm an upset stomach.
You can also drink water, or water with some lemon in it.
Diarrhea accompanies an upset stomach a lot. Rice is a bland food that feeds you and can also help bulk things up in your stool.
Ginger ale was mentioned above. You can also chew on a bit of ginger root. The juices will help calm the stomach. You can also make a tea of it.
Another bland food that will feed you and help with the stool. This will soften things up with lots of fiber, if things are not moving.
This is always brought up whenever I person feels unwell, and it is being brought up now. The broth will calm the stomach, and you will get a lot of nutrition. Be sure you serve it at a comfortable temperature. If it is too hot, it may make you uncomfortable.
