Washing your face on a daily basis is important in achieving healthy and clear skin. These are some of my absolute favorite face wash products that I purchase at drugstores for less than $10.
I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. You can purchase St. Ives Apricot Scrub at any local drugstore for about $4. One tube will last a long time. Just dab on a bit of the scrub, wash with water and...your skin will feel clean, smooth, and fresh - it's a great way to start your day. The smell is lovely as well - it's a light fruity scent.
Nevermind that the packaging isn't all that attractive - Cetaphil is hailed by many as THE face wash product to go to if you want healthy skin. The cleanser is scent free and extremely gentle. Although I don't love it as much as St. Ives, it does do a great job of keeping my face clear and clean.
Ahhh, Burt's Bees. How can anyone not love this brand?? It's all natural, smells great (well, I guess that depends on the individual), and works wonders. You many not know this, but Burt's Bees has extended its product line in the last couple of years. No longer just a lip balm company, it now sells acne products. Their Gel Cleanser is a great face wash product especially if you are fighting acne - it's very gentle, has a pleasant scent, and leaves your face feeling extremely fresh. A week after daily usage of this product, I noticed my face becoming clearer. It's around $9 and totally worth it!
This doesn't have the most pleasant scent, but this stuff is great if you have oily skin! It does make your face feel kind of tight after washing though, but it definitely leaves you with a very clean feeling.
Here's a very inexpensive solution that everyone probably has at home anyway. Gentle soap is great for cleansing the face and always leaves me feeling fresh. I dab a little bit of soap onto a wash towel and wet it with water, then scrub my face gently with it.
Nice list of affordable face wash products!
