Morning! I drink about 1-2 cups of organic coffee in the AM. I get creative with my coffees, from the roasts to what I add in it to keep my mornings nourished & different!
This is an herb that is super sweet with ZERO calories! That's right- not a one! You can use brands such as Pure Via or Truvia. this Brazilian herb adds sweetness to your cup (replace your sugar with this).
I love this brand of Coconut products. They sell an ice cream made with coconut milk instead of dairy. I am in love with their vanilla bean ice cream. A scoop of that in my summer coffee makes me smile at 5am:-)
On occasion, I will brew strong coffee (normally I do half caffiene). If I do this, I am in need of protein to calm the caffiene running thru my body. I am crazy over letting PB melt in my coffee. Adds a creamy, nutty texture to my cup!
My favorite piece to add is a dark cocoa truffle. They often melt 80% of the way thru, adding hints of cocoa to your cup. Then, once you get to the bottom of your cup o'java, there is a tiny treasure of gooey chocolate at the base!
I do NOT use dairy creamer or sugar. A splash of this is all I need to blend a rich, smooth, slightly sweet cup of Joe! I enjoy Silk's Chocolate Almond Milk.
