Everyone likes the idea of looking younger and there are some things you can do to slow (or cheat) the aging process.
Okay. This one is obviously not for everyone, but you have to admit that it has come a long way in the past 20 or more years.
It's too bad no can really tell us what the magical mix is. Some things that seem to have some universal agreement are that if we were to eat more fish, fruits, vegetables, and more fiber, we be a lot better off...and helathier definately looks younger.
Just get your heart rate up a few times a week; it'll help. Not only will be healthier and look younger, you'll also have more stamina. This one is a hard hard habit to get into and keep...maybe work out with a friend?
About half of us in America sleep less than 8 hours a night on a regular basis. We need to evealuate how much sleep we are getting, look at the things robbing us of sleep, and make some changes if we don't like the amount we are getting.
Just some general stuff here...if you smoke, you should quit and you'll not only looker younger but live longer. Drink plenty of water...helps flush out some toxins, keep you hydrated, and is good for the skin. Limit the exposure to the sun...it'll age you quick also!
