Nothing is easier than tossing all the needed ingredients into the crockpot and letting it cook all day.
Coat 1 pound of stew meat with flour and place into the crock pot. Add 1 sliced onion, 2 cups chopped carrots 1 small can mushrooms - drained and 4 sliced potatoes. Cover with 1 can beef broth, 1 cup of water 2 tsp salt, 2 tsp pepper, 1 tbsp Worstershire sauce. Cook on low 6 hours or high 4 hours.
Cut 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts into chunks and lay in the bottom of the slow cooker. Slice 1 large onion, 1 zucchini, 2 green bell peppers and add to the chicken. Drain one small can of mushrooms and add to the crock pot with one jar of your favorite jarred pasta sauce. Cook on low heat 6 hours or high heat 4 hours.
Place 1 pound already cooked ground beef, 1 can red kidney beans which have been rinsed and drained, 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce, 1 chopped medium onion, 1 chopped green pepper, 1 minced clove of garlic, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper all into the crock pot. Cook on high 6-8 hours.
Place one small, boneless loin of pork into the crock pot. Add one jar of your favorite barbecue sauce. Instead of boneless loin of pork, substitute boneless pork chops.
Coat 1 pound of beef cubes with flour. Place in crock pot and season with 1 tsp each paprika, salt & pepper. Add 1 can beef broth, 1 can French onion soup. Cook on low for 5 hours. After the 5 hour cooking time add 16 oz sour cream and mix well. Continue to cook for on additional hour. Add 1/2 pound of already cooked egg noodles and mix all together.
These all sound delish. I always make my chili in the crockpot now. Yummy list!
