Fill the largest stew pot you own with water and bring to a boil on top of the stove. Remove from heat and insert as many tea bags as you can (about 10 to 20 or more depending on the size of the pot) after having detached the string and tags. Set aside to steep.
Fill the bathtub at least halfway and add any bubble bath you choose...but no bath salts or oils. Pour the hot steeped tea including the teabags into the bath.
Swish the tea with your hand throughout the bath water just before getting in to soak. Settle back, relax and allow the hot tea bath to soothe and condition your skin.
Squeeze excess water from two of the teabags and place them on closed eyes while soaking to reduce puffiness and dark circles. Replace with a new set of teabags every 5 to 10 minutes while in the tub.
Use a mild unscented soap to wash away dirt and dead skin. Rinse and squeeze each teabag over your skin, discarding it after use. Get out of the tub and towel dry.
