Now, those sales do have to be in one month, but you can choose which month. My personal customer orders average $50. So, with just three orders, you'll have your quota. But, I wouldn't worry too much about meeting quotas- you'll surpass them with ease.

Well, maybe I should rephrase that, because obviously if you set it in a box in your closet, you won't make sales. So, instead, let me put it this way: If you can provide the opportunity to show your product to potential customers, it will sell itself. Scentsy is a great product, with great features, that women love. Stay at home mommies appreciate the fact that it won't burn their children. Working women appreciate the mid-size warmers that make their office smell divine. Athletic women enjoy the Scent Paks and tins that they can toss into their gym bags. Everyone loves the room sprays for those smelly public restrooms. Even American soldiers serving overseas can enjoy Scentsy! The bottom line is this: women love Scentsy, and if you show it, you will sell it!

Great Compensation Plan

I know many women who are looking for a new business let their potential earnings be a deciding factor. Scentsy offers consultants 20% to 30% commission. Now, when I first joined Scentsy, I thought "That really isn't much". But, I was wrong. I make a very good income just off my repeat sales alone. I didn't figure that in when I first thought the commission was low. But candles are a consumable product, and so long as you are responsible with your business and respect your customers, they will return to you month after month to reorder. Also, Scentsy will give you bonuses and over ride commissions for building a team. So you will earn every month for sales that you didn't personally make.

Amazing Training

Keep in mind, I've tried my hand at numerous businesses, including Avon, At Home America, Home and Garden Party, and a few others. I am not saying that they are not great companies, as each has its own potential. But, I can tell you from first hand experience that Scentsy offers new (and old) consultants amazing training so you can build a successful business right from day one. Scentsy offers you the support of your upline, your start up guide, along with marketing tools, training videos of what an actual party looks like, training videos on how to organize and build your business, and conference calls where you can talk to other consultants and listen to the pros share their secrets.

Truly YOUR Schedule

To get a little personal here, let me tell you about me. My son suffers from a heart condition, and he has a pacemaker. My family went through a few years of him just turning blue at random. I needed a business that would allow me to drop everything should I need to. I found that business with Scentsy. One hour is all it takes for me to do a party- 15 minutes to set up, 30 minutes to show and take orders, and 15 minutes to pack up. I spend about 20 minutes submitting orders because I triple check them. When a box comes in, I spend roughly 20 minutes with my five year old daughter unpacking and sorting orders. However, having orders sent to my home is my personal choice. Many consultants have the orders delivered to the hostess so they don't even have to add in those 20 minutes.
