Stress can become overwhelming and overbearing. Don't let it take over your life, get rid of it. Fix whatever is bothering you and let it release!
Singing will help you to release the tension that has been building up. Get in the car, turn up the radio and belt out a good song that you know or think you know the words. This is an excellent way to release the stress you have had built up over time.
It's not bad to cry! Put on a really sad movie and just cry. Let yourself go and cry it out! Don't think you are less of a person, you will feel so much once you let go of all the tension you have within.
Go for a walk, and just think while you are walking. Pick up the pace and let yourself work out the extra tension you've acquired. Join a gym, take up an aerobic class. Hit the bike, or treadmill get out the extra anxiety and stress you are feeling!
Talk to someone you trust and care about and tell them how you are feeilng. Have them help you get to the bottom of how you are feeling. Figure out why you are feeling the way you are feeling.
Join in a game. Whether it's a physical game like a basketball or volleyball game, or a board game. Play and forget the world while you compete against people. You will feel a lot better when you are done.
Nobody should have to suffer from stress, but we do. Get rid of it, work it out, and move on! Stress will eventually make you sick, don't let it! Take control over it.
