I'm married and have three children, not-quite-empty-nest stage. I'm a very traditional mom who has mostly worked part-time while raising my children.

I like to cook, write, read, garden, knit and watch movies, but not necessarily in that order and definitely not at the same time!

I love to try new foods and new restaurants, but will always come back to my one true love, chocolate!

I am a licensed Real Estate Broker and have worked in sales, appraisal, public housing contract management and commercial property management. My husband and I have also taught Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University at our church and Junior Achievement at our local elementary school.

My degree is in Home Economics Education, so I'm an expert at teaching you to save money all around the house.
