Integrity: Do what you say you are going to do. Making sure everyone is on a level playing field during competition.

Be fair: Everything comes with certain responsibilities. Make sure your organization takes things head on and not dodge the issues that youth sport teams bring to the table.

Honestly: Do not cover up the truth with beating around the bush. Those things have a way of rearing their little heads. Usually when you least expect them.

Ethics: I see this everyday with other organizations. They will tell you one thing and then something totally different takes place. These organizations make us look great.

Organization: This is a key element to any sucessfull organization. The more organized your event, the better your organization will look in other peoples eyes. We make it look easy because of the work we put on the front end.
