Riding your bicycle around your neighborhood alone or with others. It's great exercise, strengthens your whole body and it helps you sleep well at night. And you will lose weight and firm up every where on your body.
Getting into the water. So much fun. Major exercise and very very relaxing for the body and the mind. And if you like the ocean you really get some exercise, with all the beauty down under. Whether pool or ocean it's another firming exercise and helps you sleep very well.
This is a fun sport but only for those who can really swim. It's very good exercise and you must always wear skin protection so you don't get sunburned. It's very fun, once you learn to do either or wind and or body surfing very healthy for you and it's very freeing.

You will lose weight and your body becomes very firm and your heart rate is excellent and you breathe easier and sleep very well at night. you must know how to swim very well. You will see such awesome beauty down under the sea,ocean,or even lakes and deep rivers.
