I don't use large purses and I don't carry that many things in my purse...but still I manage to lose my keys, cell phone and other items at the bottom of the bag with all the other things piled on top and can't find what I am looking for when I need them. Thus my quest for purse organizer inserts to find one to suit my needs has begun. Here are the top five I'm considering based on their features and reviews at Amazon.com.
The Kwiki purse organizer seemed to have some of the most positive reviews at Amazon. It comes in three different colors and sizes. It has several pockets on the inside and outside of it. One unusual feature is this elastic cording that runs through metal grommets that you can do things like clip your keys to or help keep things secure in on place. And the base is hard which helps create support and keep the organizer open and not flop in on itself like some of these purse organizers do.
The Pouchee is another well rated purse organizer on Amazon.com, that seems best suited for small to medium purses. It has metal rings for you to grab so you can easily lift the Pouchee out of your purse. The lined interior has 3 open pockets or dividers to keep your larger items, 2 side slip pockets and a zippered pocket. The center also has a magnetic snap closure. The exterior has 5 credit card slots, 3 large open pockets, and 1 long thin pocket for something like a pen. I think the Pouchee is one of the few purse organizers that actually looks stylish.
This is one of the most interesting purse organizers because it actually splits in two, using Velcro, to become two separate organizers. So if, for example, you want to transfer it from a large purse to a medium one, you can split it in half, and put the things you need most into your smaller purse. Then you can put two Presto purse organizer pieces back together again later.
Purseket was one of the first purse organizers out on the market and they are a pretty good one too. They come in different fabric design choices and sizes. (You can get the most fabric choices from their website, but shipping if you buy it from Amazon.com can be cheaper.) The Purseket is basically a long strip of pockets that you can then line the inside of your purse with. This makes it adjustable to many different size and shapes of purses. And leaves the middle of your purse open for large things like a wallet.
The Lady Elegance purse organizers seem especially suited for small purses. It has credit card slots, a zippered change purse, two pockets for lipsticks and a pocket for a cell phone. The center opening can hold larger items like a wallet.
The reviews on it seemed mixed though. Some thought it was too small. But may also have some quality control issues as some said that the pockets were too small and tight to actually put things in the pockets. While others did not seem to have a problem with getting things in the pockets, they did indicate the pockets were on the small side.
For my personal needs I am leaning towards the Pouchee. But I know many people who would probably find the Kwiki purse organizer inserts a better choice for them. And many will like the versatility of the Purseket or Presto. And some may like the small size and smaller price of the Lady Elegance. If you are looking for purse organizer inserts check these out and see if one of them might be right for you.
I did not know these existed! Thanks ... will look for them!
