The sun outside is healthy for our bodies. The sun is a good source of Vitamin D. Even though the sun is healthy for us, we still need to be careful not to get too much sun. Too much direct sunlight can cause cancer. The sun should be included in our everyday life for a source of Vitamin D as long as we don't have too much sun.
