Many people are facing or faced with the fear of going to a friend, or family member's accident site, that actually killed them. My husband died one year ago today. We all visited the accident last night. Having friends and family members along helped a great deal. It was a hard thing to do; however the love around us carried us through it all.
Going to any accident site has to be one of the hardest things to do for loved ones left behind. let yourself be vunerable and cry on their shoulder if that is needed. Talk to close family members when visiting an accident site. It will not bring them back; however, it will help bring closer to a tragic event, once and for all.
Friends are those people that will stand beside you all of the way. Call, or go visit some of your great friends, and cry, talk, or just have them pray with you. These things will help ease the loneliness due to the fact that all your true friends are looking through your heart wanting to help you stand strong once again.
Many people grieve to the point of no return. They can't do anything but sleep. They don't eat much, due to the empty feelings that has covering them. Learning to meditate is one great way to help the grieving period feel like healing will not be far away from them.
Learn to walk with a strong heart. This is hard to do after visiting a person's accident site, that was loved by a spouse, daughters, and all of his loving family members. Keep your head up toward the heavens, and smile. I think they are watching us.
All people going through the death of a loved one knows the trama that the accident left on their hearts. Praying through each day is actually the most important thing to do, when facing going to the dearly departed loved one's accident site.
Everyone copes with death differently. Some people shouldn't feel bad if they are hurting too badly to visit the accident site. Remember to think whole heartedly about these steps if you are indeed thinking of visiting an accident site of a specail deaarly departed loved one.
