Coatings such as that on fried shrimp, chicken patties and onion rings are not only a way of adding calories to otherwise healthy choices but they also signify a food that is likely fried in grease, which is really bad for anyone trying to lose weight. Keep your foods as natural as possible for optimum weight lose success.

Very true, staying away from high carb starchy foods is the only way that I can lose weight.
