Ghosts are a lot like kids and husbands, they may seem a bit unruly when you first meet them, but with proper training they make excellent house guests.
Don't blame your ghost if he keeps waking you up in the middle of the night. It is a known fact that ghosts do not have a good sense of time--really would have a good sense of time after waiting around for centuries? Buy an alarm clock for your ghost so that he can begin prowling once the family is awake and prevent accidentally annoying you in the middle of the night.
Don't blame your ghost if he tends to borrow your things and forgets to bring them back. He's probably bored and nothing better to do. Buy him some ghostly toys to play with so he'll leave your things alone.
Remember your ghost has had free run of your home for years, suddenly remembering the time for important events isn't easy. If you don't want him popping in while you shower, post your schedule as a reminder.
Be sure to praise your ghost when he is following the rules. Only noticing him when he breaks the rules encourages him to continue the behavior. Remember ghosts would rather have negative attention than no attention at all.
If you are tired of the groans and growls your ghost sends in your direction, set a good example. Speak kindly to your ghost and he will soon learn to return the favor.
Don't assume you ghost is ill mannered or rude. He doesn't know your rules and doesn't understand your sense of time. Take the time to train him and you will soon have a well-mannered ghost that you are proud call one of the family.
LOL H5!
These are way too funny..I need to share this one with my kids. I used it as a link to another list I did.
I absolutely LOVE this list! I don't know how I stumbled upon it but I am so glad I did. My favorite one so far!!
I'll keep this in mind should I ever have a ghost.
