Graham Cracker Crusts come all ready made and you can find them in any supermarket on the aisle where they sell the baking supplies. Naturally you can make your own if you are ambitious.
Make your chocolate pudding according to the directions on the box (regular or instant work well). You can scale down the calories by using low fat milk. Naturally you can use pre-made chocolate pudding which is the easiest of all.
If you make your pudding on the stove with milk, then let it cool before you fill your graham crust. If you are using instant let it set before you add it to the crust. Pre-made chocolate pudding can go right into the crust. Fill the crust about 3/4 full.
Place in refrigerator and let chill until the pudding sets.
Garnishing your chocolate pudding pie is easy. Thaw a container of cool whip and then cover top of your chocolate pudding pie. You can use whipped cream rather then cool whip if you desire. Sprinkle with chocolate chips or shaved chocolate.
Leave your chocolate pudding pie in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve it. When you are ready to eat then simply cut and serve.
