Are you feeling stressed? Here are some ways to help you relieve the stress on those moments that life seems to throw us a curve ball.
Draw up a warm bath with epsom salt. The epsom salt will help relieve the stress from your muscles. Relax for about 20 minutes in the tub.
You can either meditate or pray depending on your beliefs. Sit in a quiet area and close your eyes. Focus on your breathing. Or if you can also pick out your favorite biblical passage and read it and meditate on the meaning of it.
Walk out the door either at work or home. If you're at work take your break. Walk around the block and just observe what nature has to offer. As your walking be sure to take deep breaths.
You could also try listening to some classical music or something calm and soothing. Pull out that favorite album of yours and sing along with it.
If you don't have time for a one hour massage then you can stop by the nail salon and get a pedicure. Sit back and relax in the massage chair as your feet are massaged.
