Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party takes place at Magic Kingdom a few nights each week from mid-September through October. Every who attends is welcome to dress up in costume and enjoy a great night of special events.
Several dance parties take place around Magic Kingdom during the party. These parties allow kids and adults to not just meet their favorite characters but dance with them!
Trick or treating is fun enough but doing it in the most magical place on earth is even better. Cast members don't just give one or two pieces of candy, they pass out candy by the handful! And the best part--trick or treating is for everyone who has a ticket, not just the kids. Adults can feel like kids again holding out bags and saying, "Trick or Treat?"
If you like the regular Wishes fireworks show, you will love Hallowishes, which is only done on Halloween Party nights. Starring the Grim Grinning Ghosts, this fireworks display will take your breath away. And we know Disney parades are all top-notch but they save the best of the best for party nights. The Boo to You Parade includes not just your favorite lovable characters but the Villains you love to hate. Add in some great ghoulish music and you've got a show you won't soon forget.
Most of the popular rides at Magic Kingdom remain open during the party with one small difference--there are virtually no lines. Because so many people at these events are enjoying the fireworks, parades, trick or treating and other events, lines at the rides are virtually non-existent.
There are characters that you see all the time around Walt Disney World, such as Mickey Mouse and Cinderella. But on party nights, you can meet some of the harder to find characters like all the Seven Dwarves!
